Hello, to say the least, I was SHOCKED when I stumbled across this "eminent domain scam in Lee County". I reported severe, gross eminent domain abuse in 1992 and 1993 to Congressman Porter Goss and to Senator Foley, who both promised me an investigation, that was never done. Congressman Porter Goss was a promise of investigation made to me, in the newspaper. I made numerous trips to Senator Foley's office in which I turned in a lengthy grievance as well as to Congressman Porter Goss. I also turned in a grievance to the Civil Rights Division in Florida and the Civil Rights Division in Washington DC. as well as to Governor Lawton Chiles, Janet Reno, state attorney. I also made complaints to the FBI on several occasions, only to have them hang up on me. I also made complaints to the Florida Bar and to the Judiciary Committee against my lawyers and the judge, Judge Wallace Pack of the 20th Judicial Circuit Court, who committed SEVERE obstruction of justice all in black and white and I also reported the judge and the Deputy Court Administrator for severe obstruction of justice to the ADA in Washington, of whom took my case, but they BROKE their own Federal ADA law which I have proof of in black and white. All of this went as a gross miscarriage of justice, IGNORED....to me and to my children, as we were very abused in this process, in which the municipality of Lee County all held hands in committinging.
